KNEE PAIN!
Why not try the Bowen Technique...
Are you suffering from pain in your knees, if you experience sudden pain in one of the knees it's usually the result of overusing the knee or injuring it. The knee joint is particularly vulnerable to damage and pain because it takes the full weight of your body and any extra force when you run or jump.
Also in my experience knee pain can be due to your body being out of alignment, for instance, if you have a pelvic tilt this may result in a functional leg length discrepancy meaning you refer your weight to the other side of your body putting more pressure on this side, hence more pressure on that side knee...

BOWEN Technique Sleaford shared their post. ...

Hay Fever, also known as seasonal allergic rhinitis is a common condition which they say affects nearly 18 million in the uk...... Are you dreading pollen season which is fast approaching fed up with frequent sneezing, runny or blocked nose, itchy red or watery eyes if so why not try BOWEN it could help you. Most Bowen therapists have a number of regular hay fever clients who book appointments as their time of usual onset approaches. In Bowen Technique Treatment, the hay fever and Sinus procedures are combined with the jaw (TMJ) short for Temporomandibular Joint procedure. A key part of this treatment involves the draining of the lymphatic system, hidden behind the Sternocleidomastoid muscles on either side of the neck. It seems that when this area has been blocked over a long period of time, or in response to a hay fever trigger, is the key to why it is so difficult to successfully clear the sinus area. When Bowen is given, this part of the treatment often produces an immediate positive response to the sinus blockage. Once started, it does not then seem to re-block. However, with chronic cases, clearing this area can take a number of treatments, which must continue once per week or until the blockage is clear. This can take more or less 3-6 weeks and occasionally more. Once cleared, it seems to stay clear. The Bowen Technique is a natural, drug free, non-invasive complementary therapy that can also help treat this seasonal disorder. www.bowentechniquesleaford.co.uk
